Perla was founded in the Pocono foothills of Brodheadsville, a café conceived around specialty coffee, considered cuisine, and the unhurried hospitality of a quieter era. From the start, we have believed that a café should be more than a transaction. It should be a place to gather, to converse, and to pause.
What began with a single espresso machine and a carefully curated list of beans has grown considerably. Yet our intention remains unchanged. Every drink is prepared with care. Every plate is composed with intention. Every guest is welcomed as our own.
Today, Perla operates two cafés and a mobile coffee service. Our flagship in Brodheadsville, Pennsylvania, where it all began. A sister location on Main Street in Woodbridge, New Jersey, open seven days a week for espresso, breakfast, brunch, and dinner. And our cart, which brings the same standard of craft to weddings, corporate events, and private gatherings throughout New Jersey.
